We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals who are interested in beginning a rewarding career within education. This unqualified position is ideal for candidates with previous experience in health and social care, support work, or similar child-focused environments who are looking to transfer their skills into a school setting.
We offer a variety of FREE CPD training courses, including Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, and behaviour support, helping candidates gain the knowledge and confidence needed to work effectively within specialist education settings.
We are proud to support schools across Warrington and the surrounding areas, and are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
The Role
• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils and school staff
• Provide support to students accessing personalised learning programmes
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and participation within the classroom
• Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Use effective communication skills to support pupils’ individual needs
The Ideal Candidate
• Has experience within the care sector, support work, or similar child-based environments
• Is calm, patient, and confident when managing challenging behaviour
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
• Is eager to develop their skills and progress within the education sector
