About the Role
Were recruiting for an experiencedSenior Bookkeeperto join a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where youll manage your own portfolio of SME clients across a wide range of industries. Youll play a key part in delivering high-quality bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage bookkeeping for a varied client portfolio (limited companies, sole traders, partnerships)
* Preparemonthly management accounts
* Complete and submitVAT returns
* Performbank and control account reconciliations
* Handle day-to-dayclient queries and support
* Visit client sites to deliver on-site bookkeeping and financial insights
* Train clients on bookkeeping systems and best practices
* Support and mentor junior staff and apprentices
About You
* 35+ years experience in aclient-facing bookkeeping role(practice, bureau, or self-employed)
* AAT qualified / studying / or qualified by experience
* Strong knowledge ofcloud accounting software(Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, KashFlow)
* Confident working independently and managing multiple clients
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
