Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality engineered products within a modern manufacturing environment. We are looking for skilled spray painters with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing exceptional finishes. Candidates from marine, automotive, or industrial painting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Prepare components and units for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface preparation. Apply epoxy and 2-pack paint systems to a high standard. Spray a variety of engineered components and finished units. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain painting equipment and work areas. Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Work to production schedules while maintaining quality standards. About You Ideally 3 years of industrial spray painting experience. Experience working with epoxy and 2-pack paint systems. Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques. High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. Experience in marine, automotive, or heavy industrial environments preferred. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on health and safety. What's on Offer? $29.00 per hour for experienced spray painters with 3 years' experience. Up to $36.00 per hour for trade-qualified painters.
