Senior Valuation and Investment Risk Specialist!
Are you a seasoned professional in risk management and valuation? Our client is seeking a Valuation and Investment Risk Specialist for their London team. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks in alternative asset classes, including Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
Requirements:
5. Experience: 7+ years in risk management and valuation within Asset Management, Advisory, Accounting, or Banking.
6. Sector Expertise: Experience in Private Equity, Direct Debt, Leveraged Finance, Distressed Investments, Infrastructure Lending, and/or Commercial Real Estate.
7. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FCA regulations on Risk Management and Valuation.
8. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Qualifications: CFA, FRM, and/or CAIA.
Responsibilities:
10. Develop and implement risk management and valuation frameworks.
11. Monitor and analyze portfolio risks.
12. Manage valuation assessments of complex investments.
13. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
14. Liaise with clients, fund administrators, auditors, and valuation agents.
15. Support new fund onboarding.
16. Work with financial models for valuation analysis.
17. Report to Senior Management, the Board, and regulatory authorities.
18. Prepare and present valuation reports to clients.
19. Contribute to proposals, presentations, and white papers.
20. Conduct in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
