Senior Sous – Luxury Hotel Restaurant – Seaside Location – £37k
A Stunning sea side hotel near Penzance is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join its well established award winning team. Dedicated to serving both the local community and those visiting from further afield, this establishment embrace local food produce, and detailed provenance of its suppliers.
With a focus on inspirational cooking, that matches its Michelin listing, along with many other awards, the successful candidate will be offered a salary of £37k + share of tronc (annual reviews of this salary are guaranteed).
You will ideally have Sous experience to a 2+ rosette level and be looking to further your experience both in the kitchen and with learning and development programmes our client can supply.
As well as Senior Sous responsibilities you will be expected to support the Head Chef and cover their role in their absence.
