XJTAG is a world-leading developer of electronics testing products. The company has grown to provide a wide range of products and services for testing complex electronics to customers all over the world. We are looking for an additional member in our administration and finance team on a full time basis assisting the office manager in day-to-day accounts and office duties. As in any small business, you will get involved in a wide range of tasks, often not strictly ‘in the job description’, to help and support the whole business.
A successful candidate will receive on the job training after which they will be able to facilitate jobs outlined in the ‘responsibilities’ section below. In addition they will be a self-starter, able to identify areas in which they can help our office manager with additional administration tasks.
Responsibilities Preparing orders for shipping and arranging deliveries
Processing purchase orders and invoicing customers
Updating and maintaining our internal product tracking system
Booking travel arrangements, including itineraries for general customer trips as well as for exhibitions
Processing of supplier invoices
Requirements Comfortable with calculating percentages
Good working knowledge of office applications
Comfortable working as part of a small team and have a flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks
Very good written, email and verbal communication
Experience of using an accounts system useful but not required as training will be given
Permission to work in the UK
