Teaching Assistant Opportunities – Bridgwater
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in the Bridgwater area. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development while contributing to a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Hours: A range of working hours are available, from 26 to 32.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students where required.
* Assist in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
* Help with classroom preparation, resources, and administrative tasks.
* Promote the wellbeing and development of all pupils.
Requirements
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
* Flexibility and commitment to supporting the needs of the school.
