About the Role We have a full-time vacancy for a Senior Support Worker at our Westcroft service in Tring. As part of a committed team, you’ll support the service manager in ensuring high standards of care and appropriate day-to-day support for our service users. Your responsibilities will include supervising and guiding a team of care and support staff, as well as providing direct frontline support and working shifts as part of a rota. About You If you’ve previously worked in care or health and social care, and have experience supporting vulnerable individuals, this could be the ideal role for you. We’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate people who are motivated to make a difference and help create a person-centred support environment. You should be prepared to work as part of a rota, including weekends and bank holidays. A team-oriented approach, flexibility, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities are essential. It is essential that you are able to work to a rota, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
