Hays are currently recruiting a Junior Support Analyst to support our private sector end client.
We are looking for 1–4 years' experience in the following areas;-Customer facing role and liaising with end users-Defect Management, diagnosis and fix-Cognos performance management suite (Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics etc)-Oracle Data Warehouse and Data Manager ETL tool-Design and implementation of live support processes-High level understanding of account and financial business processes (O2C or P2P or R2R etc)-Providing support to a financial system
