Accounts Administrator– OTE £27,600 per annum

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Cox Motor Group is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work within their busy Accounts department in Morecambe.

Accounts Administrator role will involve:

* Reconciling purchase ledger statements monthly
* Registering of purchase invoices
* Accurate payment of all purchase ledger accounts
* Maintaining company credit card records
* Reconciling company bank statements
* Banking and cash management
* Expenses and petty cash control
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Experience preferred of using CDK computer package but not essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Month end tasks and procedures as and when required
* Willing to be a team player

* Kerridge: 1 year (preferred)
* Motor Trade: 1 year (preferred)
* Accounts Administrator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

* full clean UK driving licence (preferred)
