They’re now looking to appoint a Business Development Director to lead the organisation’s growth strategy, secure major contracts, and manage key client relationships, positioning the business as a market leader within its sector.
🧩 The Role
As Business Development Director, you will drive the organisation’s growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, securing major contracts through bid writing and tender submissions, and managing key client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a market leader and delivering measurable results aligned with corporate objectives.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial direction, strengthen brand presence in the food market, and support the expansion of product lines and customer reach.

🥗 Proven experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles within contract catering, foodservice, food manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
📑 Strong expertise in bid writing, tender management, and account management

🏆 Track record of securing high-value contracts with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or foodservice operators
