As a Home Move Coordinator you’ll be working with our customers to help find them a new home.The role will support a project that is just beginning, working closely with colleagues in Strategic Asset Management.
You could look at each move as a mini project, you’ll be working directly with our customers and alongside colleagues across lots of internal teams as well as external agencies to get the best outcome for all.
You’ll approach the role with a can-do attitude, it will be challenging at times, but you’ll enjoy the successes.
About you
You’ll come to the role with some great customer service experience in either housing, development or the asset management field.
You will consider yourself to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and will be really adept at adapting your communication style to suit your audience. You’ll be naturally empathetic but firm when the situation is required.
Your knowledge will include housing and tenancy law, alongside best practice in safeguarding whilst working with vulnerable customers.
You’ll be organised, approaching tasks in a logical manner and keeping great records to ensure that you can provide assurance to internal stakeholders.
Your job satisfaction will come from the conversations you have on a daily basis, building a strong network around you and getting the desired outcomes.
This is a role that will cover all our operating regions, so extensive travel should be expected. You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Our operating regions cover Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.
