Current vacancy for a housing provider in Birmingham.
Key Duties
* Management of three surveyors.
* Management of planned works including specification, appointment and management of contractors.
* Types of works will be kitchen and bathroom replacements, external painting.
* Budget management and procurement of contracts.
* You must have excellent knowledge of building regs, CDM and housing legislation.
