As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, showcasing your attention to detail. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning, you’ll do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions, are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
