Position: Production Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Mildenhall
Salary: £12.21–£13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Compass Point Recruitment is working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who are looking for a Production Operative to join their growing team. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing a great opportunity to secure a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out general production duties
* Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Supporting the smooth running of the production process
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Committed, reliable, and hardworking
* Strong communicator with good teamwork skills
* Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
* Previous experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food, or chemical industries
* HACCP knowledge would be a strong advantage
