Reward and Benefits Partner at Ocado

We are seeking a talented Reward and Benefits Partner to join our reward team at Ocado Logistics. In this role, you will be involved in benefits redesign, pay reviews, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our offerings are attractive, legally compliant, fair, and benchmarked.

You will play a key role in defining and implementing a fair, competitive, and fit-for-purpose total compensation and benefits package aligned with our company's strategy and goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to realize these initiatives.

This role offers variety and the chance to influence strategy and operations during a major transformation in progress.

Relevant titles include Reward and Benefits Partner, Reward and Benefits Specialist, Reward Business Partner, or Reward and Benefits Analyst.
