Job Description
This is an 18‑month secondment/fixed‑term opportunity to lead training programs ensuring a successful rollout of o9 across the MEU region. The role involves collaborating closely with project leadership, regional delivery teams, and local BU teams.
Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Leadership on the capability track of the o9 transformation.
* Collaborate with BU Leaders and Change Management Leads to integrate training into the broader cultural shift, ensuring technical proficiency is matched by mindset and adoption.
* Identify regional risks/knowledge gaps, present readiness risks and mitigation strategies to Regional, BU, and Change Teams.
* Plan and lead training‑related activities for the Region Deployment Team, key users, SMEs, and end users.
* Align BUs in the region to the program training strategy, training curriculum, and training governance.
* Identify and implement training readiness and effectiveness criteria.
* Ensure all training material is fit for purpose (e.g., local nuances to the planning model, languages).
* Implement a train‑the‑trainer approach to equip select individuals to independently deliver training.
* Partner with MDS and SMEs to ensure a training environment with usable data is available for creating training materials and delivering training.
* Partner with BUs to create a training schedule that covers all impacted individuals.
* Report training attendance and training effectiveness.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional L&D, capability or transformation programs.
* Strategic acumen with demonstrated success in supporting the people side of implementations across multiple countries or functions.
* Ability to negotiate training requirements against competing business priorities.
* Experience using data‑driven insights to assess readiness.
* Experience designing and delivering extended training programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning rapid development tools (e.g., WorkDay, VILT).
* Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
* System implementation exposure preferred.
Education & Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
* Change management certification preferred.
Travel Requirements
* Yes, less than 10%.
