Express Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm who are seeking an experienced Legal Audio Typist to join their Residential Conveyancing department on a 12‑month maternity cover contract based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional person to support fee earners within a busy conveyancing team. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast‑paced office environment with experience audiotyping, providing exceptional client care and delivering high‑quality secretarial support.

Responsibilities
* Provide full secretarial support to fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing department
* Audio typing and digital dictation of legal correspondence and documentation
* Manage diaries, arrange appointments and support file progression
* Open and close client files in line with firm procedures
* Handle telephone, email and face‑to‑face client enquiries professionally
Skills & Experience
* IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Experience working in a busy, deadline‑driven environment
* Organised with strong attention to detail and client care focus
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Full Time – 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm)
