We are looking for a warm, professional Client Services Ambassador to join our Rapport team, based in Watford, representing one of the Big Four global audit and accounting firms. In this client-facing role, you will be the welcoming face of the office, ensuring every visitor enjoys a professional and memorable experience while supporting colleagues with a first‑class service.
This is a standalone role with a balance of hospitality (70%) and reception (30%) responsibilities. You will take ownership of the client journey from start to finish — managing team points, maintaining a seamless and well‑presented workplace environment, and providing a polished meet‑and‑greet service for guests — while delivering the award‑winning service our teams are known for.
Type of contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday; 8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary: £29,127 per annum

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through to departure.
* Manage meeting rooms and hospitality services, preparing and presenting refreshments, catering, and room setups to the highest standard.
* Maintain tea points and pantry areas, keeping them fully stocked, clean, and presentable throughout the day.
* Take ownership of stock levels, liaising with the Cluster Manager to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.
* Provide first‑line support with AV equipment, escalating technical issues promptly when required.
* Ensure all visitors are registered and hosts are notified, offering assistance and updates to guests while they wait.
* Set up and adapt meeting room layouts for events, briefings, or team sessions, maintaining a polished and professional environment.
* Consistently deliver five‑star service by following agreed standards and proactively anticipating client and host needs.
