What you'll be doing:Marketing AutomationBuilding email campaigns that get opened, clicked, and loved — via HubSpot & IntercomCreating automated workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and re-engagementImplementing lead scoring to support a high-performing sales teamKeeping the CRM clean, structured, and working like a well-oiled machineReporting on campaign performance with dashboards that actually get usedManaging newsletters and keeping them fresh and consistentPaid MediaOwning and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedInManaging budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing to drive high-quality leadsA/B testing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvementRefining tracking setups (UTMs, GTM, attribution) so performance is crystal clear✅ What we’re looking for:5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and automationProven success managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple platformsAdvanced HubSpot skills — particularly around workflows, segmentation, and email automationComfortable working with GTM, UTM tracking, attribution, and campaign analysisExperience running A/B tests and optimising campaigns for conversion
