Head of Division – Consumer Partnerships & Media Sales
📍 London | Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)
Our client, a well-established content and media agency, is looking for an experienced Head of Division to lead the commercial growth of its consumer partnerships portfolio.
This is a senior role responsible for driving revenue across print, digital and creative solutions while leading a small commercial team. You’ll oversee several key accounts—one major flagship client in particular—while ensuring strong delivery across the wider portfolio.
The role would suit someone coming directly from a media sales background who is confident managing senior client relationships, leading a team and balancing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading commercial strategy and revenue growth across a portfolio of consumer accounts
* Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships
* Managing and mentoring a small team while maintaining a high-performance culture
* Overseeing multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns and partnerships are delivered successfully
* Selling and developing integrated solutions across print, digital and creative channels
* Producing clear reporting, forecasts and performance tracking for internal stakeholders
* Identifying new commercial opportunities and developing innovative partnership ideas
