Weekly Working Pattern - 31 hours per week with a 15-minute break and a 30-minute unpaid lunchtime for 38 weeks per year, plus 18 INSET training hours (term time).
Daily Working Pattern - Monday to Thursday 08:10 to 15:30 (less break and lunchtime) = 6 hours 30 minutes for four days = 26 hours, plus our "unique selling point" Friday 08:30 - 13:30 = 5 hours.

We have a number of exciting opportunities for teaching assistants (Level 1) to join the team at Riverview. The role supports the class teacher with their responsibilities for the development and education of all children, as well as supporting pupils with additional needs.
Candidates should have a commitment to the school's vision and a drive to improve outcomes for all children. The Riverview team is committed and driven to ensure the quality of education enables all children to learn. Good literacy and numeracy skills are required, as well as strong listening skills. Someone who enjoys enabling children to thrive is a must.
Riverview is a one-form entry school with an integrated nursery. We have approximately 190 pupils aged 3-11. Our new building, set within extensive grounds, offers excellent facilities, well-equipped classrooms, and space for children to be active and learn.
