Our clients are currently seeking a passionate and inspirational Nursery Manager to join their team in Edinburgh, Murrayfield area.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated individual to take advantage of this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high standards in quality Early Childhood provision. Strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential.
In return, you will receive a salary between £38,000 and £42,000 and a £1000 joining bonus!
Working under the guidance of a highly experienced Senior Team and forward-thinking Early Years Director, you will have the opportunity to develop the nursery further and establish a truly OUTSTANDING setting.
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of:
* Children's development needs and individual learning styles.
* The importance of supporting children's transitions.
* The importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
* The importance of supporting your team's personal well-being and professional development.
* The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion, and culture.
* The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children.
Qualifications & Training:
BA in Childcare or working towards it.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of Early Childhood experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. Current experience in nursery management of a large day care setting is required.
