This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, top-tier practice advising a broad client base including major corporates, public sector organisations and senior executives. The role offers significant client contact, responsibility for complex matters and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth of the team. Working closely with the Partner and Head of Department, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment. Great mix of work for stellar range of clients You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims Restrictive covenant and employment contract disputes Discrimination, equality and whistleblowing matters TUPE advice and employment aspects of corporate transactions Redundancy programmes and organisational change projects Day-to-day HR advisory work for clients The team is recognised for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice on complex workplace issues across a wide range of sectors. Ideal candidate profile Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors who are currently operating at Managing Associate level or ready to step up into the role.
