The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join the team on this flagship South Wales development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project, supporting the delivery of a mix of residential and commercial properties from inception through to completion.
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for the development
2. Producing accurate valuations and monitoring project expenditure
