Nurture Fostering is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join our well-established, family-owned Independent Fostering Agency in Lewisham. Rated Good by Ofsted, we pride ourselves on being a small, supportive service where social workers are truly valued. This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a confident and motivated social worker looking to work with a friendly and established team.What We Offer

Role Responsibilities:
* Supervision and support of foster carers
* Ability to support with training opportunities
* Participate in Support groups
* Supporting children in care
* Working collaboratively with other professionals
About You
* Qualified Social Worker
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience in fostering and/or Local Authority children's social work
* A full driving licence is desirable
