Technical Services Manager We are looking for an experienced M&E Technical Services Manager to work for one the UK’s most well established maintenance service provider located at a prestigious HQ in Bradford. You will need to have a strong understanding of running a modern multi-storey commercial maintenance contract from the perspective of a service provider. The contract has been mobilised, the maintenance service provider has been appointed for a year now and there is already on board a well-established team of M&E HVAC engineers and supervisors who are a mixture of static and mobile. Duties of the Technical Services Manager * Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service team * Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are on target. * Develop a rapport with the client key stakeholders through professional engagement. * Identify additional revenue streams through projects and contract enhancements. * Produce monthly reports and attend monthly client meetings. * Maintain a regular and frequent site presence.
