Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, the Business Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the business. This is a varied role combining executive support, HR and recruitment administration, travel organisation and office management.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will help keep the business organised, connected, and operating efficiently, acting as a central point of coordination across leadership, operational, and people activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide proactive diary management and coordination support for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
* Organise meetings, ensuring leaders are fully prepared with agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
* Coordinate leadership meetings and business reviews, including room bookings, technology set‑up, and meeting logistics.
* Manage global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office, maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming environment.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
* Ensure office facilities, meeting spaces, and supplies are maintained and ready for business activities.
* Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
* Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
* Provide administrative support across people and culture processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, HR Administration or similar coordination role.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment.
* Proven experience within an SME or similar hands‑on environment.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience coordinating international travel arrangements is highly desirable.
* Experience supporting senior leadership teams or executives.

Additional Information
* Location: On‑site, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
* Flexibility required on an ad‑hoc basis, including travel to the Lowestoft site when required.
* Role may require occasional flexibility outside standard working hours to support business needs.
* 5‑day working week.
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
