As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll serve as a player/coach, someone who brings proven people management skills while actively driving individual sales results. In this role, you will qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Managers and find and engage primary points of contact for Pattern’s Core 3P offering. What is a day in the life of a Senior Inside Sales representative? Qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Named Account Manager(s). Find and engage primary points of contact for Patterns Core 3P offering, and potential other solutions. Assist with, and progress deals through the sales funnel. Research e-commerce categories and identify high growth brands/products to trade on marketplace platforms. Research relevant stakeholders and identify value propositions. Network via LinkedIn and offline to build relationships and organise meetings. Set appointments with enterprise accounts. Craft value driven message specific to enterprise accounts’ current pain points and needs. Work closely with enterprise sales reps on enterprise sales plans and targets. Inbound outreach with compelling messages through phone and email. Work closely with the enterprise account based marketing team to penetrate and set appointments with enterprise accounts. What will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor’s Degree, or above5 years of direct B2B selling experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals. Must have proven people management skills and ability to drive individual sales results to suit this player/coach position. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, including complex and/or long sales cycles. Excellent listening and negotiating skills. Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients. Nice to Have Prior ecommerce / marketplace experience.
