expand our services across the Liverpool area, we're seeking an experienced and motivated
Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our Speke office.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within our domiciliary care division, you'll play a key role in supporting
our mission to provide outstanding care. You'll manage the full recruitment process — from
attracting and interviewing candidates to compliance and placement — ensuring every hire meets
our high standards of compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domiciliary care roles (Care Assistants, Support
Workers, Team Leaders, etc.)
• Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and
networking
• Conduct interviews, right-to-work checks, and ensure full compliance with CQC and company
standards
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Work towards individual and team targets in a supportive, collaborative environment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all placements meet regulatory and company requirements
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in healthcare or domiciliary care recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Knowledgeable about CQC regulations and care compliance
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes
• Motivated to make a difference in the care sector
Relevant Qualifications:
• Recruitment-related qualifications such as CIPD, Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Recruitment
Practice, or equivalent are desirable.
• Additional qualifications in business administration or human resources will be advantageous.
