What You Will Do
Conduct thorough assessments of connected carers, ensuring all findings are accurately presented-including in court settings when required.
Collaborate with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver holistic and responsive support.
Contribute to service development by offering insight and feedback, helping shape future kinship care strategies.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to provide the best outcomes.
Manage a dynamic caseload efficiently and ensure all interventions are timely and evidence-based.
