Receptionist / Hire Desk Administrator Location: Mallusk Contract: Temporary Working Pattern: Full-time, on-site VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing commercial vehicle hire organisation in the appointment of a Receptionist / Desk Administrator on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy front-office environment, acting as the first point of contact for customers while supporting day-to-day hire and operational activities. The role would suit a well-organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. The Role Act as first point of contact, meeting and greeting customers on arrival and departure Manage the main switchboard and handle all incoming calls Assist with the coordination of the hire process from start to finish Prepare and process hire documentation Liaise with insurance providers and relevant third parties Process invoicing and external charges Work closely with Hire and Operations teams to support daily activity Carry out document scanning, filing, and general administrative duties Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role Strong team player with the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment What's on Offer Immediate start opportunity Salary £12.21 to £12.50 per hour Exposure to a fast-growing organisation Supportive team environment Valuable experience within a busy operational setting For more information, please contact Ethan Boylan today.
