Receptionist Permanent Grade 2 - £24,796 - £26,824 pro rata Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 24 hours per week at Kingstanding Wellbeing Centre (x1 post) Working 18 hours per week at Small Heath Wellbeing Centre (x2 posts) About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and efficient Reception and Clerical Support Officer to provide a comprehensive front-line reception service and clerical support across all areas of the TMC. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in maintaining smooth communication and administrative processes within the office. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff or Committee members politely and efficiently. Provide a welcoming and non-threatening front-line reception service to all users of the TMC office. Take responsibility for maintaining the reception area in a professional manner. Maintain accurate and appropriate information systems. Manage appointment and diary systems for designated officers efficiently. Coordinate internal communications within the office. Perform general office administration tasks including filing, photocopying, typing/word processing, and collation of reports and documents. Operate computer systems to input data, interrogate information, and produce documents and management reports. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post as required. About You: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional manner. Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficient with computerised office systems and standard software applications.
