UK-Based | 9 Month Assignment | Day Rate Contract
A leading international company in the chemicals and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Counsel to support its legal function during a 9 month period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice on corporate matters, transactions, and commercial operations.
* Advise on legal issues arising at manufacturing sites, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing operations.
* Assist with corporate governance, contract negotiations, and ad hoc legal matters as needed.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with solid post-qualification experience.
* Demonstrated experience within the chemicals sector.
* Previous legal support experience for manufacturing sites or plant operations.
* Strong corporate law background with the ability to handle a broad range of legal matters.
* Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
* Availability to commit to a 6–9 month interim engagement.
* Preference for candidates available on a day-rate consultancy basis.
