Business Development Manager Altium Legal Remote & Field-Based | Competitive Salary Uncapped Commission Altium Legal is in a high-growth phase, and were looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our network of mortgage brokers and estate agents. If youre a high-energy, tenacious salesperson who thrives on generating leads, winning new business, and engaging prospects through multiple channels, this is the perfect opportunity for you. About the Role This is a remote and field-based role, requiring a self-motivated, results-driven professional who excels in cold outreach and face-to-face engagement. Youll be responsible for generating your own leads, reaching out to potential introducers, and converting them into long-term partners. Youll also attend networking events, exhibitions, and awards dinners to further expand our presence. When not in the field, youll work from home and attend monthly sales meetings in London. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage your own leads, identifying potential introducers through cold calling, social media email, and in-person visits. Engage and convert mortgage brokers and estate agents, using strong sales techniques to bring them on board. Comfortable with cold outreach, leveraging multiple prospecting methods to drive pipeline growth. Visit prospective introducers offices to build relationships and promote Altium Legals services. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and awards dinners to create new business opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets, driving new business and revenue. Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. Attend monthly sales meetings in London and in-person meetings as required. Who Were Looking For A natural salesperson who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Proven experience in field sales and business development, ideally in property or financial services. Confident in cold outreach programs, including cold calling, social media messaging, and in-person visits. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and manage a remote schedule effectively. Strong ability to build relationships and convert prospects into long-term partners. Comfortable with regular travel and attending industry events.
