Key Responsibilities • Business Operations : Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of procurement, inventory management, distribution, and sales to drive efficiency and meet business goals • Procurement & Logistics : Manage sourcing of coffee, equipment, and merchandise, navigating complex import processes and supply chains to ensure consistent stock availability • Client Relations : Cultivate strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and retail clients, delivering exceptional service to maintain trust and loyalty • Sales & Marketing : Drive wholesale and retail sales of coffee, machines, and merchandise, developing strategies to grow market share in hospitality and consumer sectors • Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability • Financial Oversight : Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, collaborating with external professionals to ensure fiscal health (no accounting qualifications required) • Inventory Management : Manage stock levels, warehousing, and distribution logistics, optimizing processes to minimize waste and delays • Equipment & Merchandise : Oversee the sourcing, sales, and maintenance of coffee machines and branded merchandise, ensuring quality and availability Candidate Profile We're seeking a hands-on leader with experience in operations, sales, and team management, ideally in the food and beverage or wholesale distribution industry.
