Commercial Service Administrator Needed in Manchester
1. Location: Manchester
2. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible hours, no weekends
3. Salary: Up to £30,000 basic
Our client, a well-established main dealer group, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities for Commercial Service Administrator:
4. Manage invoicing processes efficiently and accurately.
5. Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
6. Support the service department with administration and documentation.
7. Liaise with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and customer service.
8. Assist in the restructuring and development of the service admin office.
What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Service Administrator:
9. Previous main dealer experience, ideally with Kerridge system knowledge.
10. Strong background in service administration, invoicing, and warranty claims.
11. Commercial vehicle experience (advantageous but not essential).
12. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
