Were a cosy wine bar with a small, organised kitchen. Youll do:
veg & garnish prep, dish assembly, basic frying/cooking, pot-wash, cleaning & HACCP checks. You bring:
recent
commercial kitchen
experience (pub/restaurant/care home OK),
reliable & consistent, comfortable in a small team,
interest in Chinese flavours/techniques
(bonus if youve cooked them at home or work). Hours: 2035 per week; typical shifts are flexible 11-3pm Wednesday to Sunday or 5-9pm Wednesday to Saturday Benefits:
