Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Work schedule: 5 days per week with 12-hour shifts or 6 days per week with 10-hour shifts.
2. Complete at least 4 jobs per day and 20 jobs per week.
3. Availability to work with a Passenger Assistant on school runs (Monday to Friday, 2 trips per day).
4. Training: All drivers must complete MIDAS training and be prepared to handle wheelchair-accessible jobs assigned by local authorities.
5. Deposit: A refundable deposit of £300 (payable in advance or deducted from your first paycheck).
6. Exclusivity: You must commit to working exclusively for our company.

* Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch.
* Maintain records of trips and vehicle maintenance.
