Senior Analyst - Marketing Mix Modelling

A fast-growing media & entertainment business is expanding its Marketing Analytics function and is looking for a technically strong Senior Analyst.
The Role
You will support the development and delivery of the company's media measurement agenda, owning MMM models, designing tests (geo-testing, A/B testing), and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, refine and maintain MMM models to quantify marketing effectiveness
* Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and geo-testing
* Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, strategic recommendations
* Partner with stakeholders across marketing, commercial and ad sales teams
* Translate complex analytical work into simple, compelling stories
* Collaborate with internal US teams on modelling and measurement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and experimentation
* Strong technical skills in SQL (must perform well in a live SQL test)
* Proficiency in R or Python for modelling and analytics
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* Ability to turn data into insight and influence commercial decisions
* Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment
