The Opportunity You will join a dynamic and growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team, recognised for handling complex, often international disputes across a broad client base. The team acts for major corporates, global organisations and public sector bodies, regularly advising on some of the firm's most significant and high-profile matters. The Role You will: Advise on a wide range of commercial disputes, including corporate disputes, group actions, technology and outsourcing disputes and civil fraud Work on high-value, complex and often cross-border matters Take ownership of your own cases while supporting on larger, multi-jurisdictional disputes Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across the firm and internationally Engage directly with clients and play a role in business development initiatives Collaborate with sector specialists across areas such as energy, technology, manufacturing and industrials About You: You will: Be a Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation/disputes Have strong technical grounding and exposure to a broad range of disputes work Be proactive, commercially minded and keen to take on responsibility Have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Ideally have some exposure to international or cross-border matters (though not essential) Be ambitious and keen to develop specialist expertise over time The Firm This top-tier international firm is known for its global reach, sector strength and commitment to innovation.
