* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales volume in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Identify potential clients and generate leads within the industry.
* Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to understand and promote company's products and services.
* Attend industry events to network with potential clients and increase brand visibility.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
* 3+ years within an account management role
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
* Ability to analyse market trends and sales data.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
