What You Will Do
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services, with accountability for professional actions
* Provide tailored interventions for patients with mental illness, adhering to NICE guidelines and addressing complex needs
* Participate in mental health promotion and contribute to community wellbeing
* Offer support and training to colleagues across statutory and non-statutory agencies
* Manage workload effectively with personal planning to adapt to service demands
* Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and carers, ensuring patient-centred practices
* Collaborate with service users and carers to develop care pathways with informed consent and involvement
* Assess and plan health and social care needs as part of an integrated team, coordinating appropriate care packages
Requirements
* HCPC Registered: Essential for practice within the UK healthcare environment
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years specialising in mental health
* Car Driver: Preferable for travel between sites
