We are seeking an individual who loves ensuring customers have a great experience and will therefore provide exceptional service to match the quality of our shoes and accessories The roles involves supporting customers throughout their online shopping experience and also as additional support to our colleagues working within our stores.
The role involves a whole range of queries from helping with styles to assisting with the delivery of an order or a return.
Customers speak to us via Webchat, email and telephone and each member will have an active role in supporting each channel. We work a range of shifts to support our opening hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturday.
We would like a minimum of 2 Years experience within Customer Service and experience with handling queries by telephone, email and webchat although full training will be given.
The role will have a mix of working within the office and from home, induction training will be provided within the office environment.
