Maintain regular contact with clients (and other travel agents) to keep them informed of progress and the status of booking, including updating on developments Working Hours: 09:00- 17:30 Monday - Friday About you Extensive Business or Leisure Travel Agent experience Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus or Sabre or Galileo Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in transactional and managerial fees Able to adopt and champion change
