An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales within the partner portfolio in the North, covering around 30 doors.
2. Educate and engage beauty advisors in store to promote brand awareness and retail sales.
3. Ensure all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across stores.
4. Inspire and lead teams through coaching and mentoring to achieve high performance.
Requirements:
1. Strong training and leadership experience.
2. Proven track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs.
3. Previous experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is required; cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not necessary.
