Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in Berkshire.
In this role you will manage a housing patch, supporting tenants, resolving estate issues, and delivering effective housing management services in line with policy and legislation.
Duties:
* Manage a housing patch, including tenancies, voids, and estate issues
* Support tenants with housing enquiries, advice, and tenancy sustainment
* Investigate tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour, and housing fraud
* Carry out home visits, compliance checks, and accurate case recording
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* Experience in housing management, tenancy sustainment, or landlord services
* Experience working with vulnerable residents and complex housing cases
* Experience applying housing legislation, policies, and procedures
* Experience managing estates, voids, or neighbourhood issues in a busy environment
What's on offer:
Salary: £33ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
