Responsibilities
1. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from end-users and stakeholders.
2. Support the mapping ofplex clinical workflows into functional software features.
3. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking oues and feedback.
4. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure functional and regulatory requirements are met.
5. Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials.
6. Provide support and training to users in clinical and laboratory environments.
7. Contribute to continuous improvements and new feature development.
8. Help ensurepliance with healthcare regulations and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Skills
9. A degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10. Genuine interest in healthcare or medical technologies-prior experience (, internships) is a plus.
11. Understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), clinical systems, or healthcare workflows is desirable.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Clear, concise and documentation abilities.

15. Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
16. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
