We’re working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team in Blaby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor who enjoys delivering a high-quality, personal service and is looking to move away from a high-volume transactional environment.
The firm is known for its strong reputation in Private Client work and offers a collaborative, supportive culture where client relationships and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
🔹 The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Probate and estate-related property sales
You’ll also work closely with the Private Client team on conveyancing matters arising from estate administration and related instructions.
🔹 What They’re Looking For
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with great attention to detail
• Experience handling probate-linked conveyancing would be advantageous
