Our workshop team ensures our buses stay in top condition through high‑quality maintenance and repairs. As Workshop Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure our fleet meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.
The Opportunity
$10,000 sign on bonus
You will be involved in
* Leading and developing a small but growing team
* Analyzing and improving the workshop’s performance to make sure that things are running smoothly
* Overseeing and conducting preventive vehicle maintenance to ensure that vehicles remain available for our operational needs
* Undertaking and overseeing maintenance and repair work on engines, transmissions, rectifying defects/faults in a timely manner
* Maintaining timely service and maintenance records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
* Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Some travel as we expand our operations across WA
The boxes you’ll tick
* Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
* Previous experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet (bus and truck)
* Leadership skills to motivate and empower the team to achieve its goals
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
* Minimum MR licence (HR licence or above preferred but not essential)
* Forklift licence (preferable)
* Exposure to diagnostics via computer‑controlled systems is a bonus
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
